I've been told that I need a detox. Since I don't drink a lot of alcohol I was wondering what this "Detox" involved. This book was recommended to me. It was interesting and what I liked about it is how it gives a shopping list as well as what to eat each day. I keep trying to start this up only to determine that it won't work based on my travel. I am very doubtful of losing up to 15 lbs in 10 days. I'd be shocked if I lost more than 5 lbs and actually keep it off. I going to try this not so much to loose weight because I don't believe in losing weight through diet. I think all weight loss requires some kind of exercise incorporated - specifically cardio to get rid of the layer of fat.
