Halloween in Paradise

Halloween in Paradise - Tianna Xander The Romance Review

Secretive shifters looking for a female to mate equals a good time. While the title does imply Halloween celebrations, it is not to be in this story. Instead, the reader is treated to a whirlwind mating between two sexy male shifters and one very human female. This is part of a series which can be read as a standalone.

In Paradise, which is a town for shifters, Gabriella is trying to write her fiction novel based on her crazy experiences. She's one of the trusted humans in a crowd of shifters. As all her friends are pairing off, she's left alone. Lucky for her, two strangers appear and help kick start her creative juices.

Vincent and Corbin are shifters with a secret. They are exploring Paradise to seek out how the world outside their home is functioning. They scent Gabriella and it's all over for them.

This is a short and sweet tale by Ms Xander. The plot is easy to follow and her characters are easy to like. Similar to her other books, the theme is to find a mate. It's not overly complicated. It's a smooth story with cute Gabriella and her protective friends. The sex in the story is romantic and good for those who are just starting their ménage journey. The conclusion does lead to an interesting hook about the clan where Vincent and Corbin hail from.

The thing with Ms Xander's books, a reader cannot just stop at one. They are addictive. She creates fun worlds and intrigues the reader to want to read every book in the series.

Recommended for ménage readers who enjoy a happily ever after.
